If you like Irish People and giant empty houses you might want to consider seeing Oddity before it disappears from theaters in a couple of weeks. Not because it’s bad (far from it), but because a week from this writing another superhero movie opens (oh good, another one) and it’ll take the majority of the screens while this goes straight to VOD or Shudder.

Oddity opens in a giant house that looks like it can fit a family of 12 comfortably but on this night a lone white woman is in it with a camera taking pictures at set intervals of time. Her name is Dani (Carolyn “Release The” Bracken) and she’s all alone. We’re hoping she’s not going to die, just because it’s the beginning of a horror movie and there’s a white woman all by herself.
